OMETEO El Paso-born Chef Gabe is bringing Tex-Mex to Virginia with his new restaurant, Ometeo.
BACALAR Chef Gabe brought a taste of the Yucatán Peninsula to Rainey Street in Fall 2023. The food of @bacalaratx emulates this philosophy inspired by the coastal and interior regions of the Yucatan peninsula from which Chef Gabe’s family originates.
The Niños de Maiz scholarship fund will provide Hispanics, both U.S. citizens and non-citizens, with an opportunity to attend The Culinary Institute of America.
