Global Recognition

An expert in his industry, Chef Erales has been capturing the attention of local, regional and national publications for years. Most recently he was crowned Top Chef for Bravo’s Season 18 Top Chef Portland. While in his previous role as Executive Chef of Comedor Restaurant, a Mexican restaurant in the heart of downtown Austin, TX, was voted Best New Restaurant by Esquire Magazine (2019), Austin Monthly (2019), and Texas Monthly (2020). Gabe was also recently selected as one of the “Magnificent Seven” Austinites changing the face of Austin in 2019 by Tribeza Magazine. He was also crowned the “Prince of Pork” two years in a row after winning the 2018 and 2019 Cochon555 Culinary Competition in Austin.
